Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. We currently deliver only across Ukraine. Shipping costs are determined according to carrier rates.
Nova Poshta
If you’d like your order delivered by Nova Poshta, select the items you want on the website, add them to your cart and click “Checkout.” Then, provide your details: full name, phone number, city, email, and any comments if needed. Choose “Nova Poshta” as your delivery method. After that, fill in the shipping information required for delivery. Only Nova Poshta branches across Ukraine can be selected.
In-Store Pickup
If you’d like to pick up your order from the store, select the items you want on the website, add them to your cart and click “Checkout.” Then, provide your details: full name, phone number, city, email, and any comments if needed. Choose “In-Store Pickup” as your delivery method.

Payment
Online Payment
To pay online, select “Pay by Bank Card” click “Checkout” and follow the prompts to complete your payment.
Cash on Delivery with 200 UAH Prepayment
To use this option, select “Cash on Delivery” after placing your order. A manager will contact you with the details for the 200 UAH prepayment. This prepayment covers the round-trip delivery cost in case the order is canceled by the customer.
