Shipping and Payment

In-Store Pickup

If you have already made your choice and would like to pick up your order from the store, select the items you want on the website, add them to your cart and click “Checkout.”
Then, provide your details: full name, phone number, city, email, and any comments if needed. Choose “In-Store Pickup” as your delivery method.

You Can Pay:

1. By card on the website: To do this, select the “Online payment by bank card” option, click “Place order,” and proceed to payment.
2. Cashless payments for sole traders and companies (Ltd) with VAT: For this, please contact our manager using the phone number listed on the website.

Nova Poshta Delivery

If you have already made your choice and would like your order delivered by Nova Poshta, select the items you want on the website, add them to your cart and click “Checkout.” Then, provide your details: full name, phone number, city, email, and any comments if needed. Choose “Nova Poshta” as your delivery method. After that, fill in the shipping information required for delivery.

You Can Pay:

1. By card on the website: To do this, select the “Online payment by bank card” option, click “Place order,” and proceed to payment.
2. Cash on Delivery. To use this option, select “Cash on Delivery” after placing your order. A manager will contact you with the details for the 200 UAH prepayment. This prepayment covers the round-trip delivery cost in case the order is canceled by the customer.

Money transfer via Nova Poshta is a paid service. When placing and sending an order with cash on delivery, a commission of 2% of the payment amount (or product price) + 20 UAH will apply. Upon receiving the order via cash on delivery, you must pay the product cost along with the cash-on-delivery fee (2% + 20 UAH).

Shipping is carried out within 1-2 business days

If the Product of proper quality does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of delivery. 

Return Policy

If the Product of proper quality does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of delivery. You need to choose one of the following two options:

Option 1

1. Visit the place where the Product was purchased.
2. Fill out a Product return form.
3. Provide the Seller with a copy of your ID.
4. Provide the payment receipt for the Product.
5. Return the Product to the Seller.

Option 2

1. Send the Product via Nova Poshta using the details provided by the manager. Include the Product return form, a copy of your ID, and the payment receipt with the shipment.
2. Pay the shipping cost for returning the Product via Nova Poshta.

Please note that you can return a Product of proper quality only if its commercial appearance and consumer properties are preserved and the payment receipt is available.

Products of proper quality that have individually defined properties and can only be used by the Purchaser (e.g., custom sizes or other specifications requested by the customer) cannot be returned. Proof that a Product has individually defined properties is the difference in size or other characteristics listed on the website.

When returning a product of proper quality, you will be refunded the amount paid for the Product. The refund will be made to the bank card used for payment within 7 (seven) banking days from the day the Seller receives the returned Product.
