Ballistic Panel Materials:

Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE): Manufactured by “Dyneema”, USA. This material is recognised for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, offering outstanding ballistic protection.

Pointex AP (Kevlar): Known for its ability to absorb impact energy and minimise the risk of injury from bullets and fragments.

Cordura: Ensures material integrity and moisture resistance, extending the product’s lifespan.

Our ballistic protection is made from top-quality materials - “Dyneema” from the USA and synthetic Kevlar “Pointex AP” from Italy.

Intended use:

Designed for: The bicep protection is designed for soldiers on the frontline who require additional coverage for the upper arm area. It is especially suitable for snipers, medics, and heavy-weapons operators whose arms are often exposed during missions.

Task types: Bicep protection is particularly important during manoeuvre combat, assault operations, and when carrying heavy objects. It is also suitable for prolonged wear while in a prone position or during ambush.

Why it’s needed: It protects against bullet and fragmentation injuries, reducing the risk of wounds that could limit a soldier’s ability to fire their weapon or provide first aid.

Not suitable for: Missions where maximum mobility is required, such as reconnaissance or special operations behind enemy lines.

Benefits: The shoulder protection provides an additional layer of safety, allowing soldiers to feel more confident and secure during combat operations.
